-- Terms and Agreement --

A. This Credit Report Audit and Investigation Service Contract between AHF Legal Credit Repair LLC., and the undersigned "Client" (refers to both in case of a couple) is for the purpose of purchasing credit report audit/analysis, investigation and improvement services (the "Services"). The "Services" will include preparation of correspondence to credit bureaus to request removal of erroneous, incomplete, outdated, misrepresented, or unverifiable information, which the "Client" states appears on the credit reports which the "Client" has furnished AHF Legal Credit Repair LLC. This is not a debt consolidation or bill payment program. Federal law requires that any unverifiable, outdated, incomplete or erroneous information must be removed from consumer credit reports by the credit reporting agencies. AHF Legal Credit Repair LLC. and its legal affilates agrees to use its best efforts to provide the "Services", and will perform them in accordance with federal and state laws. B. The "Client" understands that there will be a one time case set up fee of Ninety-nine Dollars ($159.00) and a continuous monthly fee of Thirty-Nine Dollars ($59.95) for the Standard Service, or One Hundred Forty-Nine Dollars ($159.00) and a continuous monthly fee of Ninety-Nine Dollars ($89.00) for the Spouse Plan per individual, billed at the time this Contract is signed and that AHF Legal Credit Repair LLC and its authorized legal affiliates will analyze/audit the "Client's" credit reports and develop a plan to investigate, dispute, validate, delete, correct or change those negative items which can be deleted, corrected or changed under current federal and state law. The "Client" understands and agrees that a fee of $59.95 for the Standard Service or $89.00 for The Couple Plan per individual will be due, and that this fee will be charged on a continuous monthly basis until cancelled or until “Services” are complete. The monthly fee is for all costs and fees associated with the previous month's "Services". The "Client" understands that the monthly fee includes the continuing analysis/audit and investigation of up to three credit bureau reports (per client), all correspondence associated with the credit report correction and improvement process, the review for changes requested by the "Client" to the "Client's" credit reports as a result of contacts made on the "Client's" behalf with each applicable credit bureau, creditor, collections agency or public record holder, and the continuing planning and creation of documents for the purpose of credit report correction and improvement. C. The "Client" agrees to send, via mail, all credit reports and/or correspondence received from credit bureaus and/or creditors to AHF Legal Credit Repair LLC. within five (5) days after the date received. If the "Client" has not received any credit reports or correspondence from the credit bureaus within 60 days after the date of the initial Credit Report Analysis/Audit, the "Client" must notify AHF Legal Credit Repair. D. If the "Client" decides to cancel the "Services" they may do so at anytime with written or verbal notice. You may cancel this Agreement without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third (3rd) business day after the date on which you signed the contract. To cancel you must send an email to admin@AHFcreditrepair.com or call 1-888-996-3030 and receive a cancellation code. E. By executing this Contract, "Client" grants AHF Legal Credit Repair LLC. during the term of this Contract, a limited power of attorney, by and through its authorized representatives, to: 1) use the Customer Information that the "Client" provides in order to obtain from credit bureaus, creditors, collection agencies and other holders of records of "Client's" credit reports, "Client's" credit history or other creditor information for the "Services"; 2) sign correspondence to the record holders; 3) use "Client's" name to sign correspondence addressed to creditors, collections agencies, public record holders, and credit reporting agencies; 4) obtain credit information over the telephone, fax, and or through the internet from record holders; 5) to discuss information with any record holders to help resolve a debt if mediation of a debt is necessary. AHF Legal Credit Repair LLC. acknowledges that its Authorized Representatives have been alerted to the sensitivity of the Customer Information. As such, AHF Legal Credit Repair LLC. will use its best efforts to ensure that Customer Information will be handled in a responsible and professional manner. The "Client" shall have the right to revoke or terminate the limited power of attorney provided under this Contract at any time upon written or verbal notice to AHF Legal Credit Repair LLC. Otherwise; the limited power of attorney shall terminate upon termination of this membership by the “Client”. All questions pertaining to validity, interpretation and administration of this Contract shall be determined in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan. "Client" agrees that "Client's" limited power of attorney is valid throughout the United States for all Customer Information to be obtained by AHF Legal Credit Repair LLC. pursuant to this Contract by the binding and enforceable electronic signatures set forth below. F. No guarantee nor warranty can be given that your credit restoration will occur based upon your individual facts not controlled by the company. Under no circumstances shall the company, its agents nor owners be liable for any consequential damages. Damages shall never exceed the amount the client has paid to AHF Legal Credit Repair. Any claim shall be arbitrated initiated by written demand within 1 year from the event filed under the American Arbitration Rule located in SE Michigan or will be forever barred. All contracts including this should be reviewed by a lawyer of your choice before signing.

The federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) promotes the accuracy, fairness, and privacy of information in the files of consumer reporting agencies. There are many types of consumer reporting agencies, including credit bureaus that gather and sell information about your creditworthiness to creditors, employers, landlords, and other businesses. The FCRA gives you specific rights, which are summarized below. You may have additional rights under state law. In addition, you are entitled to one free report every twelve months from each of the nationwide credit bureaus and from some specialized consumer reporting agencies. See www.ftc.gov/credit for details about how to obtain your free report. You have a right to know your credit score. Credit scores are numerical summaries of a consumer’s creditworthiness based on information from consumer reports. For a fee, you may get your credit score. You can dispute inaccurate information with the consumer reporting agency. If you tell a consumer reporting agency that your file has inaccurate information, the agency must take certain steps to investigate unless your dispute is frivolous.
